Job Description

Adherence of Quality SLAsDesign the Sampling Strategy for the processMonitor process quality check auditsEnsure completion of the Internal and External Calibration sessionsEnsure that Frequency and Event based feedback for the team is completePreparation of Quality Standard Documentation for the process and update it on a regular basis with regards to any changesEnsure all quality related reports and SLAs are being published per defined timelinesAssist the Operations team in the customer compliant and resolution process for the teamsComplete the regular performance review with the team of QAsCompile MIS for all teams handledSupport the management in review of employee performance based on data with areas of developmentEnsure that the QA process meets the ISO ComplianceDrive Continuous improvement initiativesDrive best practice idea sharingAchieve QNS target through Quality InitiativesIdentify Training needs for the process and Quality teamAttend Training as per BPET roadmap for self developmentCompletion of Yellow Belt Role RoadmapDrive six sigma and LEAN projects in the teamTo mentor the White Belt projectsTake vertical level initiativesDevelop and maintain Client and internal stakeholder relationship
