The role :
Ensure Procurement, Outsourcing (Solvency II) and DORA Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) compliance for all the purchased IT services to Allianz group and external providers. Procure IT services for Allianz Trade, in a global environment, whilst ensuring the best interests of Allianz Trade are met Report to the Group Head of Procurement
Challenges :
Engage Allianz Trade "IT Retained Organization" team adhesion to increase Procurement, Outsourcing and TPRM processes compliance, in a complex global organization
Obtain on time the information on the IT critical services implemented in Allianz group in order to meet regulators requirements (new or updated critical services, subcontractors information, key documentation update)
Manage priorities on the various tasks included in the position
Manage complex increasingly evolving regulatory requirements
Main Tasks :
Ensure the Group policies and standards implementation on IT Procurement, Outsourcing (Solvency II) and DORA Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) :
Communicate and train the Allianz Trade IT Retained Organization and regional procurement teams when needed
Coordinate data collection for regulators (NBB, BAFIN), and maintain a very detailed regulatory register of IT Service Providers contracts
Ensure Outsourcing and TPRM regulatory documentation is yearly updated for all the IT contracts (both intragroup and external providers)
Support audits, NFRM controls, questions from OEs, and annual KPIs completion (25 for Outsourcing and 3 for Procurement) on IT contracts scope

Ability to quickly understanding new topics, processes or systems Contractual risk analysis Legal contract management Negociation (with suppliers and stakeholders) Procurement skills Experience in working in a global environment Experience on Solvency II Autonomy, tenacity and rigor Fuent English and French Ability to prioritize
Nice to have :
Proficient in Microsoft office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) Experience on IT categories
