What you’ll own

Join our team and help shape the future of payments risk management! We're seeking a seasoned Group Product Manager to lead our dispute resolution and mitigation team and drive customer-centric solutions. 

As a Group Product Manager in Dispute Resolution and Mitigation, you will lead a team of Product Managers in building and enhancing our dispute resolution platform, focusing on minimizing chargebacks, optimizing returns, and improving merchant outcomes. You will leverage your deep payments expertise, industry trends, and AI-driven insights to drive key customer outcomes.

Lead a team of Product Managers in Dispute Resolution and Mitigation, focusing on minimizing chargebacks, optimizing returns, and improving merchant outcomes (40-50% of time) 

Collaborate hands-on with the team to develop and execute strategies for (50% of time): 

Predicting dispute outcomes using machine learning models and data analytics 

Building AI-powered tools to help merchants craft compelling dispute responses 

Streamlining dispute resolution workflows and improving merchant communication 

Analyzing dispute trends and providing data-driven insights to inform product decisions 

Interact with SaaS customers and present to C-suite executives, demonstrating expertise and building strong relationships 

Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and innovation in dispute resolution and mitigation 

What you bring

5-8 years of experience working in payments risk management, covering key areas such as chargebacks, disputes, and returns 

Technical background in computer science and/or relevant experience demonstrating these capabilities 

In-depth knowledge of payments, including credit cards, alternative payment methods, and digital wallets 

Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading Product Managers 

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to interact with C-suite executives 

Experience with machine learning and data analytics (desirable)

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $153,180.00 - $257,360.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
