What you’ll own
Join our team and help shape the future of payments payouts! We're seeking a seasoned Group Product Manager to lead our settlement, disbursement, and payouts team and drive customer-centric solutions.
As a Group Product Manager in Settlement, Disbursement, and Payouts, you will lead a team of Product Managers in building and enhancing our payout capabilities, enabling seamless and efficient payments to merchants, partners, and third-party recipients. You will leverage your deep payments expertise to drive key customer outcomes and monetize our payout solutions.
Lead a team of Product Managers in Settlement, Disbursement, and Payouts, focusing on (50% of time):
Developing and scaling payout capabilities for merchants, partners, and third-party recipients
Enabling 3rd party payouts, partner payouts, and merchant payouts through various payment rails (e.g., ACH, wire, card)
Optimizing payout timing, accuracy, and transparency
Integrating payout solutions with existing payment platforms and workflows
Collaborate hands-on with the team to drive key customer outcomes, including (50% of time):
Payout success rates
Merchant and partner satisfaction
Reduced payout-related disputes and errors
Interact with SaaS customers, partners, and stakeholders, demonstrating expertise and building strong relationships
Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and innovation in payouts and disbursement
What you bring
5-8 years of experience working in payments, covering key areas such as settlement, disbursement, payouts, and payment processing
Technical background in computer science and/or relevant experience demonstrating these capabilities
In-depth knowledge of payments, including credit cards, alternative payment methods, digital wallets, and payout systems (e.g., ACH, wire)
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading Product Managers
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to interact with C-suite executives
Experience with payout regulations and compliance (e.g., OFAC, anti-money laundering)
