As a Group Product Manager (GPM), you will take full ownership of the product lifecycle—from strategy to execution—while managing and mentoring a team of Product Managers. This role involves both high-level strategic vision and hands-on execution, ensuring that products meet business objectives and customer needs. There are two distinct opportunities available:
Core Product – Lead the company’s core product initiative, developing tools that enable manufacturers to detect and address quality issues in real time. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise B2B dynamics and maintaining close customer relationships while scaling an existing product-market fit. New Product Lines – Drive innovation by building new product lines and disrupting legacy software in the manufacturing space. This is a true 0-to-1 product role, requiring extensive market research, strategic vision, and tactical execution. Requirements: 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role. Must have startup experience. Proven track record of scaling B2B products from early traction to widespread adoption. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with experience using data and KPIs to drive decision-making. Experience in fast-paced startup environments. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). Responsibilities: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a high-performance culture. Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and sales teams. Engage with customers to ensure product-market fit and continuously improve offerings. Drive product innovation and expansion while aligning with business goals.
