Group Product Manager, GrowthAbout this Role

PandaDoc is seeking a Leader for our Monetization area within the Growth department. In this high-impact role, you will define and execute the roadmap for PandaDoc’s monetization strategy, leading multiple product squads dedicated to driving long-term business growth. Your efforts will focus on optimizing key areas such as pricing and packaging, checkout, upgrade and downgrade flows, and other critical monetization touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of pricing strategies and PLG monetization flows, along with strong analytical skills and strategic thinking. With a proven track record of successfully leading monetization initiatives and driving revenue growth, preferably through a product-led growth (PLG) approach, you will be responsible for leading PMs and creating, aligning, and championing a product strategy grounded in a deep understanding of our users and sales motions, thoroughly supported by data.

In this role, you will:Develop and implement a comprehensive monetization strategy aligned with the company’s business objectivesLead, mentor, and develop a small team of Growth PMs focused on monetization initiativesFoster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the product teamDrive product enhancements and optimizations to boost conversion rates and cLTVDesign and oversee A/B tests and experiments to validate growth hypotheses and measure resultsUtilize data to uncover growth opportunities and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).Work closely with engineering, design, product marketing, and sales teams to drive monetization initiativesEnsure clear communication and alignment across all departments and stakeholdersDeeply understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors to advocate for user-centric product development.About you5+ years of product management experience, 2+ years in monetizationExperience leading multiple Product teamsExperience growing the revenue of a sizable product-line or businessStrong analytical decision making skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clarity from ambiguity and distill complex issues into easy to understand narrativesDemonstrated excellence in using principled decision making to manage diverse stakeholders, including peers and executive leadership

The annual base salary range for this position is $190,000 - $255,000 USD
This position is also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the relevant plan documents. The annual bonus opportunity is up to $20,000 Variable USD
