Group Project Manager (M&A)
***Group Project Manager (Mergers & Acquisitions) / Hybrid (3 Days On-site) / Bellevue, WA (9 Month Contract)*** Top Required Skills + Must be local to the greater Seattle, WA area. Will be required to work on-site 3 days per week + Strong delivery and recent experience with Mergers and Acquisitions. Need to be highly experienced with M&A. Profile/Resume should clearly demonstrate successful M&A projects. + Proven experience at the Program Manager/Principal Manager level overseeing the work of PMs. + Extensive experience working across multiple different teams, orgs, stakeholders, multiple different vendors, etc. + HR Domain experience (added bonus) Mergers and Acquisitions + The Group Project Manager must have extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions as it's crucial to this role. Their profile/resume should clearly demonstrate where they've successfully delivered on M&A projects. + HR plays a large part in M&A. This year the company has several acquisitions varying in size. All of these acquisitions are very aggressively bringing some of their HR data into the company's ecosystem at different times throughout the year. + The company is working through an aggressive business strategy and the Mergers & Acquisitions office is being stood up at a program level across the whole enterprise. There is a set of resources working on these projects. Job Description + We are needing a very strong Group Project Manager who oversees the work going on within the current team, IT partners teams, and connecting the dots with the governing Mergers and Acquisitions PMO to keep things in motion and progressing forward. + At the moment there are 5 projects to support these mergers and acquisitions in parallel. + The Group Project Manager will support and work with multiple people and vendors. + This resource will be responsible for connecting the dots across HR, tech, and stakeholders providing executives HR work updates for M&A. + Mergers and Acquisitions experience is required for this role. + This resource must be local to the greater Seattle, WA area and will need to come into the office a few days per week (Bellevue, WA). + The difference between a Sr. PM and GPM (GPM is overseeing the work of other PM’s). Program-level resource. Principal-level. + Strong ability connecting the dots and getting into the weeds when/as needed. + Experience building a plan/vision. Managing the relationships and communication plans across the PMO, ensuring things are getting done on time.
