Group Reporting, Finance Manager
About You We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Finance Group Reporting to oversee the consolidation of financial reports for CARSOME. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with expertise in financial consolidation processes. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Your Day-to-Day 1. Financial Consolidation: ● Lead the consolidation of financial data from multiple business units and entities. ● Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reports in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. ● Develop and implement consolidation procedures to streamline the reporting process. 2. Reporting and Analysis: ● Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and external stakeholders. ● Analyse financial data and provide insights to support decision-making. ● Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement in financial performance. 3. Process Improvement: ● Continuously review and enhance consolidation processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. ● Implement best practices and leverage technology solutions to optimise reporting capabilities. ● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance financial reporting processes. 4. Compliance and Governance: ● Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. ● Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities for financial reporting and audit purposes. ● Maintain documentation of consolidation procedures and controls. Job Requirements: ● At least 6 years' experience in accounting with exposure in audit, statutory reporting and record-to-report. ● ERP System (Oracle Netsuite ERP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), US SBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred. ● Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, consolidation techniques, and reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP). ● Proficiency in financial analysis, with advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting tools. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. ● Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a team. ● Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. ● EC Regulations, Companies Act, Microsoft,
