Qualifications3-5 years of experience in hotel reservations or related field, with previous supervisory experience preferredBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field preferredProficiency in reservation management systems and customer relationship management (CRM) softwareStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team membersProven leadership abilities and experience in team managementStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailIn-depth knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practicesExperience with group booking processes and contract negotiationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple prioritiesIndustry certifications, such as Certified Hospitality Supervisor, are a plusFluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage
