Responsible for stewardship and maintenance of all Group Retirement pricing models, assumptions and documentation; responsible for pricing, product design, financial and actuarial support and analysis, to both inside and outside the department. **Key Job Responsibilities** + Pricing and product development of Group Retirement products, including Equivest, Retirement Gateway, Associations Businesses, and Equitable Retirement Vision. Provide analysis and impacts to key metrics of proposed new product designs or inforce initiatives to Senior Leaders and Collaboration Teams. + Model Steward and key AXIS model liaison. + Manage inforce, case specific, exception pricing, and product conversions to balance customer needs and competitive sale situations, while meeting company profitability goals. Key liaison with all sales desks, for support, risk analysis and explanation. + Provide actuarial and financial support associated with the Group Retirement product lines, including but not limited to, prospectuses, actuarial specs, marketing pieces, experience analysis, assumption setting, product filings and documentations. + Maintain the Group Retirement Pricing Dashboard for the leaders of Group Retirement & Audit Department + Assist in new business projects and innovations + Supervise one actuarial student The base salary range for this position is $120,622 - $150,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. For detailed descriptions of these benefits, please reference the link below. **Equitable Pay and Benefits** : Equitable Total Rewards Program (https://portal.equitable.com/appentry/EDoxRedirect?node\_id=A2023013000001) **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree & FSA designation (preferred, or pending) with 4 years of actuarial experience + Strong understanding of actuarial principles and analysis + Solid understanding of Group Retirement products, financial reporting, and key metrics + Strong understanding of AXIS modeling **Preferred Qualifications** + Solid interpersonal/relationship management skills + Excellent analytical skills with the ability to research complex financial issues independently and provide initial recommendations + Strong organization skills with ability to manage either a process or a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
