As a Group Sales Leader in our Lending Sales Organization, you'll play a pivotal role in driving this mission forward. You'll lead a team of Sales Managers and Lending Sales Professionals, empowering them to connect Mid-Market Businesses with the funding they need to succeed and grow. This is a high-growth, high-impact role where you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of small business lending.
What you'll bring
+ Proven sales leadership experience: A track record of building and leading successful sales teams, ideally in fintech
+ Strong analytical skills: The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable plans
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills: The ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
+ Passion for mid-market business success: A genuine desire to help MMBs overcome challenges and achieve their goals
+ Experience in lending or financial services
How you will lead
+ Lead and develop a high-performing sales team: Coach and mentor Sales Managers and Lending Sales Professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
+ Deliver on Channel revenue growth and retention: drive new user growth and breakthrough adoption of the money ecosystem
+ Implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets and ensure customer satisfaction
+ Leverage data and insights: Utilize data-driven insights to inform sales strategies, identify trends, and drive innovation
+ Develop KPIs for Strategy, coordinate reviews internally with stakeholder team leaders
+ Drive a rapid innovation cycle that maximizes speed, quality and operational efficiencies
+ Build strong relationships: Collaborate with internal partners across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align goals and optimize sales processes
+ Champion the customer: Immerse yourself in the needs of MMBs, advocating for solutions that address their unique challenges, growth goals and contribute to their long-term success
