You will be exposed to wide-ranging deal types and structures from minority positions in start-ups and scale-ups to larger scale bolt-on and transformational acquisitions. **The team you will be part of** As our new Group Senior Legal Counsel, you will be based at our global HQ located in Ballerup, Denmark and report to Lead Legal Counsel, Christina Vesterholm. You will be part of Group Legal which supports the whole GN Group world-wide with all legal matters, intellectual property rights, and data privacy. The legal function consists of 15 professionals in Ballerup and 3 professionals in the US. As our new Group Senior Legal Counsel for M&A, you will become part of a specialized team in Group Legal primarily focusing on M&A, financing, capital markets matters, and corporate governance. You will work closely with GN’s M&A team consisting of 5 M&A advisors with financial backgrounds.
