Safe Passage is a diagnostic and evaluation facility that works with youth ages 10 to 18. A youth is referred to our program by a DCS case manager or a probation officer to seek a clinical assessment. The youth stay at our locked secure facility for 30 days while our psychologist completes a full diagnostic and assessment of the youth. Safe Passage's psychologist will update diagnosis, treatment plans, and future placement options. Youth will leave Safe Passage in the next 30 days after their assessment is completed going on to one of three places: back home with social services in place, to a foster care or group home, or to a residential facility to work on a youth's recommendations.
Pay: starting at $50,000.00 per year

What you will do: A Group Supervisors role is to serve as a leader on site who supports Youth Care Workers. A Group Supervisor manages staff, schedules breaks, enforces policies and is the first support staff for front line staff during youth issues. When the management team is not present the Group supervisor is in charge of the facility, making sure schedules are followed, Youth documentation is completed and site issues are handled appropriately. The Group Supervisor reports directly to the Shift Supervisor. Group Supervisors work 84 hours during a two week period with alternating weekends off.
To be considered you should: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen (we no longer test for THC for pre-employment), physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
Schedule: 12- hour days (8:30am to 9:00pm days) (9:00pm to 9:00am nights) alternating weekly rotation, 1 hour breaks
