The role
Ensure that the requirements across set out in the TPRM Standard (including DORA) are fulfilled, communicated to, and applied Govern and monitor the effective implementation of the TPRM Framework and review the respective processes and mechanisms Establish mechanism to obtain appropriate management information (MI) and reporting process as part of the various ongoing monitoring requirements for the Third-Party Arrangements and ensure that ongoing monitoring requirements are adhered to Report to the Group Head of Procurement, Outsourcing & TPRM
Main Tasks
Define appropriate monitoring mechanisms in line with the Group TPRM Function monitoring mechanisms to measure and steer the AZ Trade TPRM framework Create and provide management report on the status of AZ Trade TPRM Inform and advise the AZ Trade Board of Management and inform the Group TPRM Function on the risk assessments, current control effectiveness and investment needs Support the Business Owner in carrying out the TPRM Lifecycle Support Procurement Managers in negotiations according to Procurement involvement rules Ensure that information of Third-Party Arrangements related to AZ Trade in the TPRM inventory (repository of information) are complete and accurate Conduct training and awareness programs for AZ Tradel BoM and business owners which can be extended to Third-Parties Support the definition of Busines Continuity /Disaster Recovery plans and exit plan together with the relevant functions Support tracking remediation activities to ensure that they are completed in a timely manner by the Third Party Report and notify supervisory authority in accordance with the stipulated timelines set by the regulation
Knowledge/Experiences/ Competences required
Ideally a Master's Degree in Compliance or Risk Management Legal contract management Service provider due diligence Negociation (with suppliers and stakeholders) Procurement skills A first experience in working in a global environment Minimum 2 years of experience in Risk management Ideally a previous experience on DORA or Solvency II Fluent in english and if possible some knowledge in french Ability to prioritize
