ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Ethical Sourcing team as a Traceability Officer on a 12 month MAT leave contract. You will play a critical role in ensuring that Cotton On maintains high ethical standards throughout our supply chain.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
• Using your strong administrative skills to maintain the supplier database, maintain record currency and integrity and report on the traceability status of Cotton On.
• Fostering strong relationships with suppliers and factories, promoting transparency and cooperation in traceability initiatives, and supporting with the onboarding of new suppliers.
• Providing guidance and training to suppliers and stakeholders on traceability requirements, guidelines, and improvement opportunities.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Previous experience in a similar sustainability / ethical sourcing coordinator role is advantageous
• Qualifications in sustainability / supply chain / ethical sourcing / law (postgraduate qualifications are advantageous)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a good working knowledge of other Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate successfully with all departments
• Strong administrative, time management and organization skills
