With the Human Resources Apprenticeship, you’ll be helping our brand grow and evolve! Here, you’ll be gaining skills in people processes, systems and the methodologies we use to manage them (resources, costs, risks – just to name a few) that will get you ready to manage the end-to-end delivery of People projects.
You’ll be an integral part of the team that delivers People projects and processes, creating and implementing innovative solutions that align with Vodafone's goals. You'll administer, coordinate, and support the implementation of projects within the HR function, driving and monitoring quality and consistency through best practices, defined processes, and methodologies. You’ll Build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders and display effective communication to achieve desired outcomes. You'll have the opportunity to work with other markets in a multidisciplinary team, focusing on improving how we work, future planning, and process simplification.

End Result: You’ll achieve a Foundation Degree in Business Management, a BA (Hons) Management degree, awarded by Lancaster University, plus a CMI Level 5: Leadership and Management, alongside years of world class industry experience.
• There is no upper limit, but you must be at least 18 years old on or before 15 September 2025.
• GCSEs in English & Maths at grade C/4 or above or equivalent qualifications and 3 A Levels gained by August 2025 or equivalent qualifications*.
• You must not currently be enrolled into full time education, and you must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject (e.g. a degree or masters in a similar subject).
• To have the right to work in the UK and to have lived in the UK and/or EU for three years or more.
• Natural communicator who enjoys working with others, solving challenges along the way with enthusiasm, self-motivation and agility.
• Have bundles of curiosity, not afraid to ask questions, challenge and influence outcomes.
• Nurtures positive collaborative relationships with individual stakeholders and teams.
• You take pride in your organising skills, enjoy structure and can effectively manage own time.
• You always seek ways to improve how you do things and inspire others to do the same.
• Your resilience and determination are some of your best attributes, you’re comfortable working with complexity and uncertainty.
