Be part of the team that delivers network engineering services and provides unparalleled support to our critical strategic accounts. Innovation plays a leading role here, and you'll assist in evolving our architecture of 5G, Oran, and Cloud. Get hands-on with network installations and commissioning, and be ready to monitor and manage data networks and associated systems, always staying a step ahead of potential disruptions. Build collaborative and professional relationships with teams to create and develop new network solutions for commercial products such as TV. Hands-On Education: You’ll gain a combination of virtual classroom and on-the-job learning alongside industry leaders in all things networks who will share their knowledge with you.   


Training and Development: Expect to receive training in Network Design & Troubleshooting, IP-Based Network Switching Systems, Cyber Security, Unified Communications, and more. 


Skills & Tools: You’ll develop into a Network Engineering expert who can plan, design, build and test networks, identify security risks and troubleshoot problems.

End Result: You’ll have a BSc (Hons) degree in Digital and Technology Solutions with Network Engineering as a specialism alongside years of world class industry experience.

Who we’re looking for: There is no upper limit, but you must be at least 18 years old on or before 15 September 2025.  GCSEs in English & Maths at grade C/4 or above or equivalent qualifications and 3 A Levels gained by August 2025 or equivalent qualifications*.  You must not currently be enrolled into full time education, and you must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject (e.g. a degree or masters in a similar subject).   To have the right to work in the UK and to have lived in the UK and/or EU for three years or more. Curious about technology and innovation and want to develop a deeper understanding around network engineering. You get excited about solving complex problems and are ready to go deeper to find the root cause of the problem.Have strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across different groups of people. Great attention to detail, can easily spot patterns and link them together to find a technical solution. Thrives under pressure and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
