What will you do as a Groups and Events Sales Executive

Ensuring all customers are responded to quickly and efficiently and within 24 hours as per agreed guidelines and to fully qualify leads in the event of creating proposalsHandle the planning of event enquiries up until the booking is contracted, (including corporate, group and social bookings), quoting hotel rate information, planning of all details in conjunction with the event and liaising with third party suppliers where requiredStrategically look at potential business opportunities and proactively engage in securing new businessTo send contracts to the client on receiving confirmation of a booking, along with the company terms and conditions
