What you will do as aGroups Events Sales Executive

Receive and convert incoming enquiries to ensure they are meeting their financial quotas as well as exceeding total revenue goals. To work with the MICE Groups Sales Manager to set clear strategies and goals to enhance account performance and achieve annual budgeted targets Working with the Event Planning team to create memorable, well-executed and sophisticated group bookings and events for a wide range of clientele with an aim of creating repeat guests. Ensuring all customers are responded to quickly and efficiently and within agreed guidelines and to fully qualify leads to create tailored proposals. Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationshipsConduct site inspections and meet with clients to discuss their requirements (entertaining of clients may be required in the evenings and weekends). Conduct regular Competitor Analysis and maintain a good working knowledge of the market place, trends, opportunities and pricing. Works closely with Hyatt Sales Force to ensure they understand the strategic direction of the hotel and they deliver the required level of support to help develop and retain national and international accounts

Qualifications

You are a pro-active, confident, ambitious and outgoing person with great people skillsBuilds relationships easilyYou have great language and written skills in EnglishYou are eligible to work in the United KingdomYou thrive through the buzz of working in a dynamic team and in a great hotelYou are eager to learn and growPrevious experience in a Sales role is preferred
