In this role you will: + function as a field supervisor and as an expert in slab jacking, deep grouting, sub sealing and pipe liner installation. + perform inspections of bridge approach slabs, pavement slabs, slope protections, bridge wing walls, pipe liners, and crossline pipes. + perform a variety of calculations and computations, and plot grout insertion holes. + oversee the assembly and disassembly of the grouting equipment. + monitor the conditions of equipment and ensure proper maintenance and repair. + complete project management duties of planning personnel, equipment or resources. + oversee cementitious grouting operations + use tablet or computer to document observations and prepare reports. + oversee the work of four to eight Division employees. A valid North Carolina Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Tanker (N) endorsement is required for this position.
