Key Responsibilities:
Sales Data Analytics: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to support sales strategy and performance.Salesforce Report and Dashboard Development: Create, maintain, and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards. Ensure data accuracy and accessibility for sales teams and leadership.Executive Reporting: Convert complex data and analytics into clear, concise executive PowerPoint reports. Prepare leadership deliverables that effectively communicate key insights and recommendations.Reporting Development: Develop and manage reporting tools using Salesforce, Power BI, and/or Excel. Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality reports and visualizations.Sales Technology Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize sales technology tools and processes. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales leaders, the GET Salesforce team, and the Salesforce IT team to gather requirements, understand business needs, and deliver tailored analytics solutions.Project Leadership: Take on project leadership responsibilities, managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in sales analytics and reporting. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes and tools.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in sales analytics, data analysis, or a related roleProven experience with Salesforce report and dashboard developmentProficiency in Power BI and Excel for data analysis and reportingExcellent skills in creating executive PowerPoint reports and leadership deliverablesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time management skillsDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals of varying work styles and levelsAbility to prioritize workload and make strategic decisions about what to accomplish when faced with competing needsPreferred Skills:

The estimated base salary range for this job is $60,000-$80,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $69,000-$92,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
