We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate Salesforce Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing Salesforce initiatives for enterprise industry and capabilities teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise business needs, coordinating with Salesforce IT, resolving Salesforce-related issues and overseeing junior resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration and project management and excellent problem-solving skills. This role reports into the Growth Enablement Salesforce, Senior Manager, and works in close coordination with the Growth Enablement Sales Analytics & Reporting team.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management: Lead and manage Salesforce projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.Salesforce Administration: Perform daily administration and support of Salesforce, including managing user setup, profiles, roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.Issue Resolution: Collaborate with IT’s Salesforce Support team to investigate and troubleshoot user technical inquiries.  Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues in coordination with the Salesforce IT team, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Data Management: Oversee and support data integrity and data management tasks, including data imports, data cleansing, and data quality initiatives. Provide quarterly reports on data compliance and collaborate with team leaders and analytics leads to create prioritized action plan for improvement.Reporting: Support business sales, prospecting and outreach needs through ad-hoc reporting requirements related to sales campaigning or pursuits. This includes sales contact and campaign lists/reporting, data in support of proof points or specific industry or capability needs. Provide subject matter guidance and review of standardized, native reports and dashboards developed by India GET or Industry GET leads to support business reporting needs (e.g. key account dashboards, industry pipeline reporting, vendor/partner dashboards); proactively inform teams when field changes or data corrections may impact standard reports/dashboards.User Training and Support: Provide training and support including training material development to Salesforce users, ensuring they are equipped to use the platform effectively.Process Improvement: Identify and support the implementation of process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Salesforce operations.Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, user guides and processes.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, IT and Analytics, to help with the continued optimization of the platform and usage. Team development: Oversee and help train junior-level team members. Assist with prioritization, quality assurance and project management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or related experience.Proven experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.Proficiency in data management and data quality best practices.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Salesforce integration tools and third-party applications.Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
 
The estimated base salary range for this job is $70,000-$100,000.  The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy.  Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $80,500-$115,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
