We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Growth Lead to drive the growth of Media Meter Inc. As the Growth Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve our growth targets, aligning them with the industry's direction. Your goals will include but are not limited to: securing a predetermined number of new B2B clients, expanding the company’s customer base. Continuously improving lead conversion rates and turning these prospects into paying customers. Increase the average deal size or contract value for the SaaS and AI solutions, negotiating large contracts and maximizing revenue per customer. Overall this role will be responsible for the growth of the business while innovating the landscape of technology based solutions for B2B consumers.
Responsibilities:
1. You will be responsible for growing the revenue base for our existing solutions a. Media Watch: News Media monitoring platform , Shared View: Social Media monitoring platform
2. Bridging the product development and sales for cutting edge AI solutions for B2B a. Act as a conduit between the sales team and the product development team, gathering feedback from customers and prospects regarding their needs, pain points, and feature requests. Aligning the ongoing development of our proprietary AI platforms with the needs of consumers by providing critical market insights to the team.
c. Ensuring that the value proposition of the AI solutions is effectively communicated and aligned with customer needs. Provide input on value messaging, competitive differentiation, and positioning to optimize sales effectiveness
3. Leading by example through demonstrating strong leadership qualities and lead by example. Display integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
a. Develop leadership qualities in team members: Identify potential leaders within the team and provide opportunities for their growth and development.
b. Establish and maintain effective communication channels within the team and across the organization. Encourage regular team meetings, one-on-one check-ins, and transparent communication to ensure everyone is aligned and informed.
4. Establish strategic partnerships with industry influencers, resellers, or technology providers to expand the reach and sales opportunities for the SaaS and AI solutions. The candidate should be able to add at least 1 confirmed partner per month.
5. Identify and research potential B2B clients who would benefit from the SaaS and AI solutions, understanding their needs and pain points.
6. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
8. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations, acting as a trusted advisor and building long-term partnerships.
