The Growth Lead will own the data-driven growth of Mindjet and be a core part of the global marketing operations team. If you are passionate about marketing at scale, and love data, this is your jam. Success in this role means you have strong marketing operations and analytic capability and believe that process and analysis is the best way to drive a modern marketing program. You also believe that the job of growth and operations is to shape and guide marketing initiatives and growth experiments. You will do more than just supply reports to teams, you will instigate, prioritize, and lead initiatives, implement best practices, and will ask and answer important questions about how we engage with our target buyers and drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion. You will be a leader in our global demand generation team, and interface with product, sales, data science, and other areas of the business that drive both product innovation and revenue generation. Its a big opportunity we are focused on new market validation and aggressive growth in exciting new areas of the B2B and B2C SaaS universe. This role is for someone who has worked in growth, marketing, or product teams in the past, and now wants to be a part of driving continuous growth as we scale, discovering and testing new channels, and analyzing and reporting on campaigns and experiments.
