What You'll Do:

As Criteo continues to scale and explore new areas of growth, we are seeking someone with strong business acumen combined with strong analytical skills to take on the US Retail Media Sales Strategy Business Analyst role, as part of the Americas Sales Strategy team.

This is a full-time position, based in the US (New York, Boston, Ann Habor and Toronto areas).

Working hand-in hand with the Retail Media Leadership Team, you will partner with the Retail Media Demand team to maximize revenue growth coming from Brands.

Based on pro-active analysis, you will identify opportunities on the Brands side of the business, through all possible business lenses (Vertical, Segment, Brand, Retailer and Category level). You will implement a scalable and rigorous process, and will ultimately drive accountability through regular cadence and pipeline reviews.

You will work closely with the rest of the Sales Strategy team around planning efforts, and build strong business partnering relationships beyond our team.

Be highly analytical and data-driven, with an outstanding ability to work with large datasets and reportingPossess strong business acumen, a solid understanding of business planning & opportunity sizing, ideally with previous experience in advertising technology, e-commerce or enterprise software.Be Intellectually curious, a fast learner, and able to move quickly with limited direction and supervisionThrive at building long-lasting trusted relationships with senior stakeholdersSelf Starter, with a pro-active mindset

You Will:

Assess existing reporting and dataBased on thorough pro-active analysis, build a scalable process to identify & size & take action on opportunities at Vertical, Segment, Brand, Retailer and Category level. Opportunities include net new brands, market penetration, cross-selling across Retailers, and upselling.Drive regular cadence through pipeline reviews to measure progress, leveraging internal tools such as Salesforce, and partnering with the Retail Media Sales Strategy Business PartnerCreate visibility, alignment and collaboration between Supply & Demand teams, removing siloesContribute to demand action plans per Vertical and RetailerPartner with the Retail Media Sales Strategy Business Partner on the opportunity & sizing to feed quarterly forecasting, annual planning and close-the-gap initiativesFeed the Global Reporting Roadmap with reporting & reporting consolidation needsAd-Hoc analysisWho You Are:4-5 years of work experience in Sales Strategy/Data Analytics or Consulting/Financial planning with increasing responsibilitiesOutstanding analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights & recommendationStrong presentation skills and Business Acumen requiredDemonstrated track record of cross-functional work and business partneringAbility to maintain strong relationships to foster effective collaboration with stakeholdersAbility to deliver results under tight deadlinesExcellent Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint Skills/Expertise essential, advanced knowledge of SQL a strong plusExperience preferred in AdTech, Consulting, FP&A, Sales Operations, Start-Up

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

$115,000 - $167,640
