Assist in the development and execution of partner activation strategies to drive awareness and usage of Xoom.Help identify scalable activation opportunities to maximize program reach and improve performance. Track and measure activation program results, analyze data for insights, and support reporting to key business stakeholders.Your day-to-day
In your day-to-day role you will
Manage and support social media campaigns to improve Xoom’s reach and engagement with potential customers. Track and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization and increased effectiveness. Work closely with remittance partners to execute and enhance co-marketing campaigns that drive new customer acquisition. Assist in shaping lifecycle strategy, focusing on activation, engagement, and churn reduction through targeted messaging and incentives. Support the team by developing and maintaining sales materials, content, and resources (i.e. pitch decks, sales collateral, webinars, case studies, training documents). Assist in managing the sales enablement communication process, ensuring clear objectives, activation opportunities, schedules, deliverables, and cost estimates. Gather and implement feedback to continuously improve and iterate on the sales enablement strategy.What do you need to bring
3-5 years of experience in growth, co-marketing, digital marketing, or related fields. Remittances industry experience a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and Slack preferred. Experience with Tableau required. Proficient (B2: Upper-Intermediate) in both written and spoken Spanish. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Experience assisting with customer acquisition and digital campaign management. High level of energy, flexibility, and eagerness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment. BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Business, Communications, or Data Analytics/Business Intelligence is preferred.Additional Job Description:
