Growth Marketing Business Partner

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marketing Business Partners team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Growth Marketing Business Partner provides guidance, manage, plan, deliver, execute and evaluate effective marketing strategies & initiatives involving multiple teams to support business goals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing in a B2B role, with outstanding collaboration and communication skills who can easily navigate complex relationships. This dynamic role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills to ensure a win-win outcome for all parties involved.

We will count on you to:

Establish, implement and ensure consistent branding standards throughout product lines, promotional materials and events.Develop and coordinate the execution of marketing and promotional activities.Deliver ROI of marketing initiatives by interacting with key leaders and sales teams, defining key success indicators, identifying market priorities, among others Partners and communicates with internal and external stakeholders/vendors to provide tactical marketing support.Coordinates marketing and communications projects.Interfaces with internal teams to effectively administer all components of the marketing plan for implementation, and monitor marketing project budgets and expenses.Provides technical support in the development of marketing strategy by line of business.Conducts market and competitive research.Ensures successful preparation and presentation of marketing presentations, as well as the development of marketing materials.

What you need to have: 

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or communications field, or equivalent professional experience.5+ years of hands-on Marketing experience in a B2B role.Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.Business English proficiency.Excellent social media and IT skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe.Analytical mind to analyze data and metrics and translate insight into actionable strategies.Both strategical and executional skills to achieve results.Growth mindset.Creative thinker with proven ability to create compelling content and devise innovative marketing activities.Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills, including proven ability to influence all at levels. As well as ability to develop relationships with various business areas.Demonstrable ability to write, edit and proof compelling content which conveys key marketing messages, including an excellent attention to detail.Proven ability to work both within a team and on own initiative.Excellent organizational and project management skills – ability to prioritize tasks and manage changing priorities.Creative and innovative approach to problem solving.Strong team collaboration skills.

What makes you stand out?

Experience in collaborating for insurance, brokerage, consulting or financial companies is highly desirable.Understanding and/or experience or certification of marketing automation platforms (e. g. MS (Microsoft) Dynamics is highly desirable.
