Growth Marketing Coordinator
WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Growth Marketing Coordinator to assist with the daily operations and project management of our growth marketing initiatives.
In this role, you will support the team with project management, event production, PO administration, budget tracking, inventory management (swag) and tracking progress through tools like Asana. You’ll be supporting the growth marketing department to execute high-impact campaigns on time and within budget.THE DAY TO DAYCreate and maintain detailed project documentation, ensuring that all necessary information is available for team members and leadership.Manage project timelines and schedules for growth marketing initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet internal and external deadlines.Oversee budgets for campaigns, track spending, and maintain accurate budget records to ensure we stay within financial constraints.Maintain and manage swag inventory, ensuring items are stocked, accounted for, and shipped when needed for campaigns and events.Support the team in managing tasks and workflows using project management tools like Asana to track progress, assign responsibilities, and keep all stakeholders aligned.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Product Marketing, Communications, Sales, BD and Product, to ensure smooth execution of growth initiatives and campaigns.Act as a liaison with external vendors, ensuring deliverables are on track, on budget, and meet quality expectations.Provide regular status updates to the Growth Marketing Manager and leadership team, flagging potential roadblocks or risks in project timelines or budgets.Assist with data tracking and reporting, providing insights into project performance and budget usage for optimization.Support logistics for events production needsSupport for email marketing needs GREAT TO HAVE2-3 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related role.Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Proficient in project management tools, specifically Asana, and comfortable working within Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with an ability to adapt to shifting priorities.High attention to detail, particularly when managing budgets, inventories, and schedules.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams.A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and resolve them efficiently.Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.$50,000 - $60,000 a yearIn accordance with California law, the range provided is Viant’s reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role.  Final title and compensation for the position will be based on several factors including work experience and education.LIFE AT VIANT
