Growth Marketing Lead, Referrals

Our Referral Marketing team is building a best in class referral program, and you will have a pivotal role in our mission to revolutionize the therapy healthcare marketplace. We are looking for an experienced growth marketer who will launch high-velocity experiments and build upon the end to end referral user journey, learning and creating new tactics to further engage our user base.
You will:
Design and launch new experiments to further extend our referral program Work with a dynamic cross-functional team to create new product features Be responsible for channel goals while optimizing existing channel tactics Leverage customer and data insights to identify opportunities for new segmentation strategies Develop strategy and best practices for engaging user base across segments and cohorts Track and analyze program performance, and identify opportunities for optimizationYou’d be a great fit for this role if:
You have 4-6+ years experience as a growth marketer or operator in high-growth environments You have an empathetic, customer-centric approach that keeps the customer experience at the center You are data-driven - you love to dig into the numbers and details to derive new insights and identify new opportunities You thrive in a fast paced, high-growth startup environment and have launched experiments in these environments You are excited by the opportunity to own end to end initiatives, from high level strategy as well as roll-up the sleeves work to get things done You have a proven track record of setting targets and creating a strategic framework to consistently meet them You are experienced in working with cross functional teams You have experience with referral programs, B2B, and/or marketplaces (a plus)Compensation and Benefits:
