Job Description We are looking for a Growth Marketing Head to lead and execute innovative, data-driven strategies that accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. This role requires a visionary leader who can combine strategic thinking, creativity, and analytics to drive measurable business impact. As the Growth Marketing Head, you will own the customer lifecycle, optimize marketing funnels, and lead a cross-functional team to unlock new growth opportunities.You will work closely with product, data, creative, and engineering teams to implement high-impact experiments, performance marketing strategies, and viral growth tactics, ensuring that every marketing dollar is maximized for efficiency and scale.Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute a holistic growth marketing strategy, covering acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.Identify and prioritize growth opportunities using data-driven insights and market trends.Own end-to-end customer funnel optimization, ensuring frictionless user journeys from first touchpoint to conversion and retention.Spearhead A/B testing, rapid experimentation, and performance optimizations to improve marketing efficiency.Customer Acquisition & Performance MarketingScale organic acquisition through SEO, content marketing, referral programs, viral tactics and influencer partnerships.Build and optimize retargeting, lookalike audiences, and automated marketing campaigns to drive conversions.Manage budget allocation to maximize ROI across all marketing channels.User Engagement & RetentionDrive lifecycle marketing strategies via CRM, email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app engagement.Develop gamification, loyalty programs, and community-building initiatives to increase user retention.Optimize personalization and segmentation strategies to enhance customer experience.Data & Growth AnalyticsDefine and track key growth KPIs (CAC, LTV, Retention, Churn, Virality, ROAS, etc.).Work with data teams to implement marketing analytics tools, attribution models, and dashboards.Use behavioral analytics (Mixpanel, Braze, Amplitude, GA) to understand user patterns and drive decision-making.Team Leadership & Cross-Functional CollaborationBuild, lead, and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team (performance marketing, CRM, analytics, creative, etc.).Work closely with product, engineering, creative, and data teams to align growth strategies with company objectives.Foster a test-and-learn culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven success in scaling user acquisition, retention, and monetization through growth experiments and data-driven strategies.Deep expertise in performance marketing, SEO, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and funnel optimization.Experience working with CRM tools (Braze, Appsflyer, ) and marketing automation platforms.Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and behavioral psychology in marketing.Equal Opportunity Employer
