Lightspeed is seeking a talented Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Media to manage day-to-day initiatives for the North American region. The candidate will plan, execute, analyze, and optimize paid media campaigns (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Video) in order to drive sales and increase conversions from website visitors. Having a strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads and an ability to quickly understand and analyze data will allow you to thrive in this role.
What you’ll be responsible for:
What you’ll be bringing to the team
3+ years experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google and Bing Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, DV360, YouTube Ads Be well-versed in performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition Have experience with website analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics) Have strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reportsEven better if you have, but not necessary
Experience as a team lead or manager Lead-generation experience in a B2B environment Experience collaborating with sales teams
