What the day will look like As a senior member of Aon’s Marketing & Communications team in Ireland, you will: + Partner with Aon’s business leaders in Ireland to understand business needs, priorities, and key audiences to ensure marketing impact + Develop impactful marketing strategies and create plans that align global Aon campaigns to the local Irish market + Use your extensive experience in marketing, communications, activation, and lead generation to deliver robust marketing strategies that support priorities and drive growth + Understand and utilise Aon’s key buyer types to deliver client centric, always-on marketing programs that drive demand and pipeline + Monitor progress, communicate, and report outcomes to the business How this opportunity is differentIn joining Aon as the Growth Marketing Manager, you will not only sit within the Marketing & Communications team in Ireland, but also work closely, and collaborate with, Marketing colleagues across the global Aon network. Skills and experience that will lead to success + 5+ years marketing experience required (professional/financial services industry a plus). + Operating at a senior level, you are experienced in creating marketing strategies that deliver impact. + Excellent stakeholder management with internal colleagues and third parties. + You are adept at engaging and communicating with senior colleagues. + Strong background in campaign planning and performance assessment to drive successful outcomes and meet KPIs. + Passionate about marketing, you are digitally savvy and are skilled in all aspects of marketing.
