The Growth Operations Team plays a key role in enabling on-device communications and automated messaging for Apple’s products and services, including Apple TV+, Music, Arcade, News+, Fitness+, App Store, and Apple One. The team is responsible for developing and implementing day-to-day operational workflows and messaging, to develop and launch multi-channel customer communications. Ultimately driving awareness of and engagement across our platforms. The Apple Growth Operations team is seeking a self-motivated and curious leader who will take accountability for the overall quality of our customer-facing solutions across multiple services. This role will work collaboratively across multiple internal teams to execute and drive quality across the operational workflows of growth marketing.
