Our two other solution hubs, Publicis Sapient and Publicis Commerce, empower businesses to embrace digital transformation and equip them with a total commerce experience. **Overview** The PMX Growth Organization is responsible for accelerating Groupe transformation to high growth businesses and solutions through the development of company-wide strategies for new market entry, client development, and integration. The Growth Operations team is responsible to develop, deploy, and manage key Groupe growth strategies across primary product pillars. The team is responsible for KPI tracking, overall strategic analysis of the business health/growth, driving PMX solutions and data management with analysis. The team is consistently working to fine tune the agency model and client experience. Additionally, this individual will contribute to design the architect of internal tools/platforms that can increase efficiency across the agency. The role requires collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams in several different markets: finance, legal, agency teams, and key leadership. **Responsibilities** + Manage & oversee the fulfilment for SG Partnership deliverables & KPIs with key partners. + Creating & maintaining resources to support education of Partnership & KPI requirements to media teams. + Work closely with media teams to identify opportunities & guide conversations for KPI activations. This involved having strong platform knowledge to provide alternative approach to application. + Grow the value and utility of our advanced strategic and analytical insights solutions within PMX. + Work closely with media teams to evaluate current capabilities, identify gaps and prioritize PMX capabilities needed to meet the current and emerging business needs of the agency/ clients. + Serve as the key partner between media teams & APEX for revenue and business operations work. + Design internal proprietary tools/ platforms that can benefit the media teams. + Create & maintain platform infrastructure of internal operational tools (i.e Starscape). + Serve as the tool expert and support SEA markets on data accuracy & new market request for Publicis’ proprietary billing platform (Starscape). **Qualifications** + Proficiency in Media Planning & Buying Process. Preferably platform experience across Google, Meta, Tik Tok. + A strong conceptual thinker who can input on ways to reinvent our process and approach to help identify alternative approaches to challenges faced by media teams. + Comfortable to interact & foster strong relationships across media teams. + Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously. + Takes initiative; self-starter; ability and desire to master the advertising marketplace as well as the Publicis business. + Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and strong follow through. + Strong analytical and excel skills. + Familiarity with agency operations and digital advertising business models. + Extremely organized with attention to detail and an eagerness to learn.
