Growth Operator
We are looking for a Growth Operator to join our Sales & Marketing COE Team. The Growth Operator will be the driving force behind experimentation, innovation, and scale the Leads Pipeline. This isn't your typical play-by-the-rules position—you're here to rewrite the rules. In this role, you’ll dive deep into technology, data, and business strategy to uncover growth opportunities, all while being hands-on with the latest AI tools, CRM, marketing, and sales automation platforms. You will act as a catalyst for innovation within the Sales & Marketing COE, executing fast, failing fast, and scaling fast.
Key Responsibilities: Growth Acceleration: Identify, test, and implement growth strategies across tools and platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, sales automation, GenAI agents, and off-the-shelf marketing tools. Innovate Boldly: Experiment with new tools and technologies, driving rapid cycles of testing, learning, and scaling successful initiatives. Data-Driven Decisions: Be a data and numbers expert, translating insights into action that moves the needle on business performance. Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate with sales enablement, marketing teams, and COE members to pilot and scale initiatives without rigid SOPs, relying on curiosity, agility, and results. Sales enablement: Become the fountain head of Sales 2.0 and marketing 2.0 – and take the new initiatives built in “labs” to the teams for adoption & ROI Fail Fast, Scale Fast: Lead through iterative processes—fail quickly and learn even quicker to accelerate growth. Direct Line to Leadership: Have direct access to the CMO to influence strategic decisions and high-priority growth experiments.
