As the Growth & Performance lead, you will ensure that SEO and SEM efforts are aligned and optimized to enhance search visibility and attract quality traffic. Success will be defined by the ability to increase conversions from search, allocate resources effectively, and continuously improve performance through data-driven insights and testing.

As a key leader in B2C Growth, this role requires a strategic and analytical mindset, deep expertise in performance marketing and SEO, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate customer acquisition, expand market reach, and drive sustained revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Content, and Product teams to align acquisition strategies with broader business goals. Act as the primary liaison for SEO & SEM agencies or internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution, performance tracking, and strategic alignment. Manage and mentor the SEO/SEM team, providing coaching, training, and career development to drive high performance. Educate internal teams on SEO & SEM best practices, fostering a data-driven culture within the growth function. Work closely with the B2C Growth Lead – Retention & Growth to align paid and organic messaging with retention strategies. Ensure CRM and lifecycle marketing efforts incorporate shared audience insights and acquisition learnings to enhance customer journeys. Adhere to all company policies and processes that apply to leadership roles, including evaluation procedures, people management routines, and other responsibilities as defined by the company’s internal frameworks.

SEO & SEM Strategy & Execution

Own and optimize SEO & SEM strategies, ensuring a holistic, data-driven approach. Oversee SEO execution, including technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building, by coordinating with relevant team members or external partners as needed Oversee the external agency’s SEM performance and strategy efforts across all key paid media platforms, ensuring optimal bid strategies, audience targeting, and budget allocation. Align organic & paid search strategies to maximize efficiency and leverage shared keyword insights. Utilize the company’s centralized analytics infrastructure to ensure consistent data reporting, cross-team visibility, and more accurate performance measurement. Lead the collaboration on SEO initiatives—both with internal team members and/or external partners—ensuring strategic execution across technical SEO, content optimization, link-building, on-page improvements, and daily SEO operations. Ensure paid and organic budget allocation is optimized, driving cost-effective acquisition. Improve conversion rates from search traffic through continuous A/B testing, landing page optimization, and performance analysis. Align acquisition execution with overall marketing and customer growth strategy.

Performance Optimization & Analytics

Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to improve organic rankings and paid efficiency. Track and analyze organic & paid search performance metrics (traffic, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, ROAS). Lead SEO & SEM performance reporting, providing insights and recommendations for continuous growth. Implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segmentation. Continuously monitor search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Provide regular reporting on SEO and SEM performance, leveraging analytics platforms, search marketing metrics, and Power BI for deeper data visualization and insights, enabling informed decision-making and continuous optimization.

Budget Ownership

Own and manage the budget for SEO, SEM, and acquisition marketing activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with strategic growth objectives.
