​Purpose of the role

This role is within FNB Connect and Service Provider Sales and supports the business to drive sales and profitability targets by establishing and building sustainable key relationships across digital channel stakeholders, product houses and segments.

 

Job Description

Execute sales campaigns to promote products on digital channels

Manage various internal and external partnerships effectively and establish rapport with stakeholders.

Manage own development by assessing own performance and request training Customer service monitoring and improvements.

Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions.

Maintain and foster ethical dealings with customers, clients and internal and external stakeholders at all times.

Track, control and influence sales activities with the specific aim to achieve previously determined sales targets.

Have thorough understanding of the products to be able to deliver comprehensive training for sales personnel in various channels.

Contribute to the design, development, implementation and evaluation of sales competitions or campaigns aimed at the increase of sales.

Provide input into the schedule for product sales pipeline.

Strong analytical skills

Solve for process inefficiencies and campaign optimization

 

Qualification and Experience

Minimum Qualification: Bcom and/or relevant bachelors degree

 Experience: 3 - 5 years' relevant experience in a sales environment.

Prior experience in the design, development, implementation and evaluation of sales competitions or campaigns aimed at the increase of sales

Strong stakeholder engagement experience and ability to build effective relationships and partnerships

Prior Digital sales experience will be advantageous
