Your Role The Continuous Improvement Manager is part of a team responsible for creating and implementing a world-class \r\nCI program in the K+N Global Services center. This role is an opportunity to work with 3,000+ talented and \r\nmotivated colleagues on improving the offshored processes for K+N. Your Responsibilities Design and implement a world-class CI academy with structured training and certification in the KN Global ServicesCreate and maintain a tool-kit of relevant CI/Lean/Six Sigma tool tailored to the KN Global Services organizationDrive the local deployment of the CI training academy and become a local CI championBuild a culture of continuous improvement and create a CI mindset in all business unitsSupport teams in the practical application, help identify opportunities, and apply lean/Six Sigma toolsMeasure and quantify the improvements, and show-case the value of local CI initiativesEmpower operational leaders to become Lean champions through coaching and consultingCollaboration with CI counterparts across the KN Global Services organization (Costa Rica, Cebu, Belgrade, and Thessaloniki)Stay up-to-date with developments in CI practices Your Skills and Experiences Bachelor's degree graduate of any related course5+ years professional experience in a similar/relevant roleExperience building and rolling out CI programs (preferred)Proven record of driving quantifiable improvements with Lean/Six Sigma (preferred)Global Business Services / Shared Service Center experience (preferred)Freight forwarding experience (preferred)Has excellent communication and presentation skillsProven ability to work in cross-functional and multinational teamsAnalytical, fast-learner, action oriented, problem-solverConfident in ability to lead change Good Reasons to Join We offer opportunities where you can grow your expertise, shape processes and deliver innovative solutions.
