**Your Role**
Accurate and timely compilation of Import Declarations as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). SSC Custom Specialist ensures that service expectations are met in accordance with agreed KPIs.
**Your Responsibilities**
+ Preparation and presentation of Import/Export Customs Documentation
+ Use of Internal and External Computer Systems
+ Control / distribution of all relevant documentation
+ Resolution of Customer queries / issues via email/systems
+ Priorities' task Management - incoming entry requests/other incoming communications
+ Data validity checks
+ Highlight/escalate issues to responsible management/colleague and work within defined SLA's (Service Level Agreement)
**Your Skills and Experiences**
+ Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration / Logistics / Business / Finance.
+ At least 2 years working experience in Sea, and Air Logistics
+ Preferably with experience in the Customs Brokerage
+ Basic Microsoft Excel Skills
+ Basic knowledge of Incoterms
+ Basic knowledge of Harmonized Tariff Schedule and Customs regulations
+ Advanced English Proficiency
