Your Responsibilities Perform Daily Review / Huddles and update results in KN WikiHandles RT and other technical issuesPerforms skills assessments using Skill Matrix and submits to manager for follow upPerforms daily quality checks to ensure high level of work quality and productivityTrains new hires and ad-hoc topics where neededUnderstands new tasks that are migrated and ensures instructions are understood by the teamReviews individual team performance and reports any issues/feedback to the manager Your Skills and Experiences Professional education or degree in Customs Administration /Logistics/Business/Finance or relatedPreferably with experience in Sea/Air/Overland LogisticsMS Outlook (Intermediate) and MS Excel (Basic)With basic knowledge of Incoterms & Harmonized Tariff Schedule and Customs regulationsA previous experience in the Customs Brokerage industry is advantageMust be organized, highly analytical, process oriented and has the ability to work with demanding deadlinesGood English communication skills Good Reasons to Join We are looking for individuals with an eye for details and a passion for risk management.
