GS Finance Team Lead

Your Role Lead a team of operators in the Finance Service Center, who is performing tasks and supporting operations of Kuehne+Nagel internal clients and serve as the point of contact for users regarding everyday issues and possible escalations. Your Responsibilities Maintain (planning, tracking and reporting) employee work schedules including assignments, job rotation, training, vacations, paid leaves and cover for absenteeism and disciplinary management including late arrivals, time keeping (using the Unified Software and real time) and work relationshipsInducting new Employees into the team, providing efficient and effective knowledge management  including new procedures and tasks in agreement with the Trainer, Process Specialist and Direct ManagerCoach, mentor, and develop staff and providing career development planning and opportunities and empower employees to take responsibility of their jobs and goals and lead employees using a performance management and development process that provides framework to encourage employee contribution.Provide effective performance feedback through employee recognition, rewards, and disciplinary action, with the assistance of Human Resources, when necessary and work with HR staff to recruit and hire appropriate number of employee.Maintain transparent communication and appropriately communicate organization information through team meetings, one-on-one meetings, and appropriate email and regular interpersonal communication.Point of contact for users regarding everyday issues and possible escalations and process gaps identification and appropriate escalation to Process Specialists and/or Process Owners.
