**Your Role**
To complete the daily processing of all Seafreight export shipments and dispatch of freight, documentation, and any other related requirements.
To help in increasing productivity of the National Seafreight Export Desk of Australia.
To ensure high compliance is maintained in line with Australian Customs Guidelines.
To ensure the overall accuracy of the entries being processed, which includes but is not limited to:
- Export Declaration Number
- Consolidation Reference Number
- Calculations of goods’ value based on the corresponding Incoterm being used
To ensure that the service expectations of customers are delivered with minimum to zero escalation and the behavioral expectations of the company are met and observed at all times.
**Your Responsibilities**
1. Process Australian export shipments as per the client's demand and business needs and requirements.
2. Responsible for the entry and lodgment of the Export Declaration Number (EDN), Consolidation Reference Number (CRN) as provided by the Australian Customs Authority, which is used to control exports in addition to compiling statistical information about a country’s foreign trade.
3. Ensures the calculations of values, based on the corresponding Incoterm being used, are equally apportioned to the invoice line amounts, and arrives at an accurate declaration of the good's value to the Customs Authority.
4. Responsible for the conversion of the goods invoice amounts to the FOB level and in accordance with the Australian Customs Authority requirement.
5. Ensures that EDN lodgments integrate properly with the Australian Customs System, the Integrated Cargo System (ICS).
6. Monitors the EDN status in ICS after lodgment, and immediately fixes or provides the necessary and/or additional shipping documents that will be required by the Customs Authority.
7. Monitor IDLE EDN and collaborate with the carriers and/or the AU local office to investigate further the contributing factors.
8. Works closely with the customs broker for the classification of the goods in accordance with the customs HS code requirement.
9. Responsible for ensuring a speedy action to the ticket request for EDN creation and the overall accuracy of the entries being processed.
10. Regularly monitors the tickets in the RT queue and sends consistent follow-ups to those unresolved tickets.
12. Actively collaborate and communicate with the AU local office team and maintain a harmonious working relationship with the local stakeholders.
13. Responsible in ensuring that the Entry Numbers (EDN) of the sub-files are completely linked and added to the Consolidated Reference Number (CRN), in the case of a consolidation shipment.
14. Ensures commercial documents are uploaded in Sealog.
15. Activates Sealog status 1207 for the issuance of the Forwarding Instructions.
16. Monitoring of BPA tasks.
17. Seeks for continuous improvement over task and maintain the latest working instructions.
18. Perform other duties as assigned.
**Your Skills and Experiences**
Bachelor's Degree (Logistics/Transportation, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business studies/management, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or Economics)
MS Outlook: Intermediate
MS Excel: Basic
Strong analytical skills
Process oriented
Shows leadership qualities
Ability to work with demanding deadlines
Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks, must be organized
Ability to work 07:00-16:00 (local time) , work on Philippine Holidays (Mandatory)
Ability to work overtime as needed
