Your Role To support the AU National Key Accounts team in generating reports and analytical expertise to ensure shipments are visible to customers on time and error-free. Manage the day to day activity which includes engaging with customers (internal and external) and suppliers of an order management, chase and/or escalate order exceptions, arranging necessary system access, data maintenance and troubleshooting. Assist in the \r\nrequirements in the customer on-boarding and maintenance process. Your Responsibilities Report set up and generation for operations, customers and suppliersManage all communication with internal and external customers/suppliersMonitor and evaluate all order issues and resolve discrepancies, and/or escalate as requiredVerify and update all order lines to ensure accurate data is provided to Customer/Supplier PortalOverview team tasks are delivered on daily basisAssist in Customer and/or Supplier on-boarding and system supportData quality checks to maintain high level of data accuracyUnderstands any new tasks that are migrated and ensures instructions are understood by the operational team.
