Your Role Serves as the focal point of internal and external customers and address concerns. Consolidates data from multiple systems to facilitate order entry process. To do cost audits and validate customer's database. To do event management and data cleansing. To perform manual bookings and deliver reports including carrier invoice records and volume forecast.
