Weekly : - Perform Quality Check Management
Weekly : - Lead the Weekly Meeting with operators
Weekly : - Attend the Weekly Meeting with Manager and Co-Team Leads
Weekly : - Update Team Health Check Update
Monthly : - Arrange Schedule and Record Gemba Session
Monthly : - Update Team Roster
Monthly : - Update Team Skill Matrix
Monthly : - Promote and Conduct CI Initiatives
Monthly : - Review, Maintain and Update Work Instructions
Monthly : - Conduct Meaningful conversation with Team Member via myPerformance Your Skills and Experiences Bachelor's Degree holder
With Freight Forwarding/Logistics/Supply Chain experience
With leadership/management experience
At least 2+ more years of work experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding
