**Your Role**
Oversee a team performing OGS-related tasks, with 50% of the job scope dedicated to people management and the remaining 50% to operational tasks, ensuring the team meets service expectations in accordance with agreed goals.
**Your Responsibilities**
+ Handling Complaints on orders
+ Working Instruction Review Process on Orders
+ Close monitoring of team operations
+ Coaching of staff
+ Touch-base call with stakeholders tackling goals and issues
+ Manpower pre-planning related to Holidays
+ Weekly/Monthly Meeting with the team internally
**Your Skills and Experiences**
+ Familiarity with training methods, ability to identify different learning styles
+ Strong technical understanding of processes, systems and problem solving
+ Proficient in MS Office
+ Highly Analytical
+ Process oriented
+ Ability to work with demanding deadlines
+ Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks, must be organized
+ Good communication skills
