BE PART OF OUR GROWING TEAM **Your Role** To ensure that the service expectations of customers and the company are met. **Your Responsibilities** + Daily communication with clients email or phone. + Sorting out the data by adjusting, correcting or deleting them. + Data entry based on the information provided by carriers or retrieved from carrier web sites. + Data entry based on information found on various documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing list, SWB, Arrival notice…) + Data acknowledgment and data entry on documents used for invoicing customers. As well as finalizing the invoice. + Data acknowledgment on documents where the client did the invoicing. + Data acknowledgment on shipment (based on informationfound on documents) and adjusting the import with export side. (informationon shipper, consignee, or other shipment relevant data) + Scanning the necessary documentation. + Setting statuses for shipments (when it departed, or arrived, or when transshipment took place) **Your Skills and Experiences** + Bachelor’s degree preferred + Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize + Ability to work individually and as a team member + Strong communication and problem-solving skills. + Proficient in MS Offcie Kuehne + Nagel is an equal employment/affirmative action employer.
