GS Sea Logistics Specialist- NZ Cooltainer

Your Role • To ensure high Compliance is maintained in line with NZ Cooltainer SOP and Australian Customs Guidelines.\r\n• To ensure that the Service Expectations of customers are delivered with minimum to zero escalation, and the behavioral expectations of the company are met and observed at all times.\r\n• Create the invoices based on the agreed rates as defined by KN and customer.\r\n• Provides quality assurance, quality control, and customer service; ensure that deadlines are met, and tasks are completed.\r\n• Creates, fulfills, and tracks order booking activities in accordance with customer and business requirements. \r\n• Ensures customer requirements are met, and document distribution is completed in a timely and efficient manner with preference of competing priorities. Your Responsibilities • Create transparency on the shipping status through container moves and track and tracing.
• Update the Transport Plan on ShipNet and make sure the port call dates on the vessels are accurate.
• Create, cross check, and submit sea cargo reports in Expedient for Cooltainer booked imports into Australia as required by Australian Customs.
• Create and submit export declaration numbers to provide customs and Border Protection with details about the goods that are intended to leave the country.
• Prepare and process export documentations. Create folders, submit SLIs, and raise invoice/s.
• Raise invoices for clients (e.g. revenue share, unders and overs, accruals)
• Check and update voyage aliases of vessels for ACFS EDI to function smoothly.
• Execute a fast and accurate transaction processing with data parsing, entry, updating and organization.
• Actively communicate with focal point in the NZ local office.
• Maintain latest working instructions. Your Skills and Experiences • Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration / Logistics / Business / Finance
• 2-3 years' experience in Freight Forwarding
• Good Communication Skills
• MS Outlook (Intermediate) and MS Excel (Intermediate)
• Good knowledge of Incoterms
• Flexible with Shift Schedule
• Willing to work onsite and during PH holidays
