GS Sea Logistics Team Manager

Your Role Managing a dynamic team with a strong focus on the services offshored to K+N Global Services, including but not limited to:\r\n1. Data management\r\n2. Invoicing processes\r\n4. Customer reports\r\n5. Documentation\r\n6. Financial analysis\r\n7. Systems and Process Support\r\nEnsure the team adhere to the agreed service level agreements and performance metrics.\r\nGrant implementation of task-based work methodology. Your Responsibilities Leading through positive change whilst driving an achievement culture, supporting the implementation and improvements outlined through the Shared Service Center's excellence program, sponsoring and championing Quality, Lean Six Sigma, and Continuous Learning.

Liaising with top management and stakeholders.

Building, developing and empowering the operations team, providing a balance of direction and autonomy ensuring clear responsibilities and levels of accountability for all staff with a team up to 20 direct reports.

Manage and develop Operations to meet targets at the optimum level of productivity and quality by the optimal usage of KN Login, Business Intelligence and/or other applications.

Establish and regularly review Project plans (including FTE budgets) and results measurements to ensure achievement of the business’ cost/profit objective.

To complete periodic process reviews with Gap Analysis, identifying improvements and implementation of the same, including restructuring of teams.

Support new systems implementations and trainings according to the inputs by Corporate Process and Systems. Your Skills and Experiences Bachelor's Degree in\r\nInformation Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics,\r\nFinance, Logistics and Supply Chain
Minimum 5 years work\r\nexperience
2-5 years People\r\nManagement and Process Improvement experience
Excellent\r\ncommunication skills both verbal and written
Knowing\r\nand mastering the sales cycle and transport operational systems, with a strong\r\nunderstanding of business intelligence. System understanding of processes, interdependencies, data quality and problem solving.
