Your Role The KN Global Services employs close to 4’000 employees, and hires and promotes approximately 700 employees per year. Effective onboarding, in the form of new hiring training, and upskilling of existing staff at all levels of the organization is critical to the continued success of the KNGS.\r\n\r\nWe are looking for a dedicated training coordination manager that can organize our training offerings in a structured framework. Develop standardized learning packages consisting of curated lists of trainings tailored to the target audience. Ensure the right trainings are delivered to the right people, at the right time in their career journey for maximum impact. Align training offers between sites in terms of content, duration, and target audience to help drive a global employee and business partner experience. Engage with business leaders to understand training and development needs, advise them on existing and new training offers, and continuously refine the training framework. Analyse data on attendance, effectiveness, and participant feedback to identify and address areas of improvement. \r\n\r\nThe ideal candidate is passionate about staff development and is motivated to develop a world-class training framework. The right candidate can develop and implement a structured, transparent and effective framework in a large organization, and effectively bring cross-functional stakeholders onto a common framework. Is a strong communicator, willing to engage with trainers, stakeholders, and business partners to understand and articulate their training needs and translate these into learning paths. Your Responsibilities Inventorize all existing trainings\r\n including target audience, mode of delivery, duration, and trainers.Develop a framework for dividing the KNGS\r\n population into clearly defined target groups with common training\r\n needs, and develop training packages consisting of curated trainings for\r\n each group.Quantify the time required to fulfil the\r\n assigned learning path for each target group and divide the training\r\n path into time-bound sub-paths with target completion dates – if\r\n necessaryMeasure fulfilment of assigned learning\r\n paths by tracking attendanceManage scarce training facilities,\r\n allocate training resources in accordance with assigned learning pathsContinuously review and refine training\r\n paths in consulation with relevant business leaders and stakeholdersCollaborate with trainers in the site and\r\n the training coordinators in other KNGS locations – seek global\r\n alignment where possible and meaningful Your Skills and Experiences Bachelor's degree graduate in any related course3-5 years' experience in KNHighly developed skills of organization and communicationHighly motivated and self-disciplined personAbility to influence and collaborate with peers and stakeholdersResult-oriented do’er with focus on delivering resultsPrior experience with creating and implementing training frameworksStrong stakeholder management Good Reasons to Join We offer opportunities where you can grow your expertise, shape processes and deliver innovative solutions.
